Learning does not always happen in a classroom. Throughout my life, I have learned important lessons about myself in different ways. The best lessons come from making mistakes, asking for help, or simply watching others.


One way I learned was by making mistakes. One time, I decided to make a pizza by myself. I was excited and thought it would be easy, so I put it in the oven without really checking the correct temperature or cooking time. I got distracted and left it in for too long. When I finally took it out, the pizza was completely burnt. It was disappointing, and I felt frustrated with myself. However, that mistake taught me an important lesson. I realized that I need to look things up and make sure I understand what I am doing before I start. Now, whenever I cook something, I double-check the temperature and set a timer. Burning that pizza showed me I need to double check and make sure before taking any more action, therefore in life double check, study and confirm before taking the next step.

Another way I learned was by asking for help. I wanted to learn how to do a wheelie on my bike, but I did not really understand the motion or how to balance properly. Instead of asking someone for advice, I tried to figure it out on my own. I ended up falling and hurting my leg. After that, I decided to ask someone who knew how to do it. When they explained it step by step, it suddenly felt much easier. From that experience, I learned that it is okay to ask for help. Asking for help does not mean you are weak, it actually makes learning faster and safer. I also learned to be more patient with myself and understand that some skills take time to develop.

I also learned by observing others. Basketball was always cool to me and I always wanted to play it, but I did not have a coach and could not get one at the time. At first, I felt discouraged because I was not very skilled, especially compared to others my age. Instead of giving up, I started watching other people play. I paid attention to their movements, strategies, and techniques. I also watched guides and videos online to help me understand the basics. Over time, I improved by practicing what I observed. This experience taught me that you do not always need a coach to start something new. I was determined, so I learned by carefully watching and practicing on your own. This impacted me to always be confident but careful and observe and you can learn.

In conclusion, all of these experiences taught me important lessons about myself. I learned that making mistakes can help me grow, asking for help can make things easier, and observing others can teach me new skills. I now understand that I can do things on my own, but getting help when I need it makes the process smoother and more enjoyable. Each experience has helped shape who I am and how I approach new challenges in life.

2.Observing helped me a lot in my opinion. Observing and realizes things and knowing how to do it from watching and taking notes in mind benefited me and helped me write this essay because I learned from it and now it´s a method I use in my daily life.

3.Helped me continue being very well organized. Making an introduction, body paragraphs, and conclusion helped me improve my writing structure and made my ideas easier for readers to follow.

My topic is history and specifically about the past and how we originated to slavery to now. So I ´ m going to talk about how humans started and how rights were and corrupted and laws were one sided. I´m going to talk about how times were the hardest for the color and how they got through it.
